We want you to be completely satisfied with your experience at Emerge by Best. If you are not satisfied with a purchase, we encourage you to contact us so we can work toward a resolution.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before a scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session start time may not be eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled subject to availability.
No-shows are not eligible for a refund.
Due to the digital nature of our courses and programs, all sales are considered final once course materials have been accessed.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your course, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will work to resolve the issue.
Refunds for group workshops are available up to 48 hours before the event. After this period, no refunds will be issued but your registration may be transferred to a future workshop of equal value.
